Every Tuesday during lunch time we get together to practice Kung Fu under our Shifu Maxime.
We always begin with a slow warm up and stretching session before going into a more intense cardio workout. After which, we continue with pad workout which involves kicking and punching with a partner. Then we progress to applying various self defense techniques against an attacker. Finally, we end the session with traditional chinese kung fu forms.
And today we had a treat with a sparring session as well!
