Kung fu training

Here are some of the basic kung fu techniques (JiBenGong) training we did with Maxime this week as part of our warm-up exercise.

Note that these techniques are used to develop “explosive power” of BajiQuan.

Diagonal side step with a curved punch

Vertical elbow strike to opponent’s sternum with a palm strike
